Monthly Giveaway Official Rules

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Sponsor

The Nicole Stone Outdoors Monthly Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is sponsored by Nicole Stone LLC, a Minnesota company (“Sponsor”). This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube or TikTok.

2. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor and members of their immediate households are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. Entry period

Each Giveaway runs for one calendar month, beginning at 12:00 a.m. Central Time on the first day of the month and ending at 11:59 p.m. Central Time on the last day of the month (each an “Entry Period”).

4. How to enter

Newsletter: Subscribe to the Nicole Stone Outdoors email newsletter at www.nicolestoneoutdoors.com. Subscribers with an active, confirmed subscription on the last day of an Entry Period receive one (1) entry for that month's drawing. Subscribing is free.

Alternate method of entry: Send an email to nicole@nicolestoneoutdoors.com with the subject line “Monthly Giveaway Entry” and your full name and mailing address, received during the Entry Period. Alternate entries have the same chance of winning as newsletter entries.

Limit one (1) entry per person per Entry Period, regardless of method. Multiple email addresses may not be used to obtain additional entries.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will be selected each Entry Period to receive a box of my favorite fishing gear. The specific prize for each month, and its approximate retail value (“ARV”), will be announced in the newsletter and on this site before or during that Entry Period. Prizes are non-transferable and no cash substitution is allowed, except that Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. The winner is responsible for any taxes on the prize.

6. Winner selection and notification

The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries within seven (7) days after the end of each Entry Period. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The winner will be notified by email and must respond within seven (7) days with a mailing address, or an alternate winner may be selected. Sponsor may ask the winner to confirm eligibility.

7. Publicity

By accepting a prize, the winner agrees that Sponsor may announce their first name and state (for example, “Jamie from Iowa”) in the newsletter and on social media, unless prohibited by law.

8. General

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late or misdirected entries or email. Sponsor may cancel, modify or suspend the Giveaway if it cannot be run as planned. By entering, entrants agree to these rules and to Sponsor's decisions, which are final. Personal information is used as described in the Privacy Policy, and you can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time.

9. Winners list

For the name of a month's winner, email nicole@nicolestoneoutdoors.com within 60 days after that Entry Period ends.
